In this episode they get to see some real life Pro race car drivers fight it out in iRacing. The event is done in true IROC fashion running in both oval and road to declare the overall champion. C.A.R.S. - Build 106 Released

Slightly Mad Studios have released a new build 106 of their C.A.R.S simulation game. The new build comes with plenty of stuff to be excited about as an all-new car and a major new feature are being introduced, alongside an exciting competition with a very special reward.

The new build introduces the Caterham R500 Superlight, a lightweight British sports car that will give you the ride of your life.
Powered by a 263hp engine while weighing just 503 kilos, the car has an extremely favorable power to weigh ratio that results in stunning on-track performance.

The brand-new leader board feature is now live, allowing you to see where you stack up against the best drivers in our community.
Hot laps are automatically transferred to the leaderboard system and can be browsed using car track filters.

The new build is now available for download for all WMD members with Team Member status and above.

Thursday, December 1, 2011 - This Week In Sim Racing - November 26th 2011 presents new episode of the "This Week In Sim Racing" show. In this weeks show Shaun features and in depth article on laser scanning and more about iRacing by Nick Neben. Then there is coverage of the Celebration from Homestead, Florida as Ray Alfalla is awarded with the champions Trophy and Check for the NASCAR iRacing World Championship. They also feature a new track for Netkar and it is the 2011 version of Imola. They also have a DIY type motion rig featured on the Tamiya Simrig of the Week and also showcase a great racing league that anyone will be able to run in.
