The game is scheduled for release in North America on August 30, 2011 and in Europe on September 2, 2011 for the PC, PS3, Xbox360 and Nintendo 3DS.

InsideSimRacing.tv - E3 2011 Driver San Francisco

Driver: San Francisco is an upcoming sandbox-style action driving video game developed by Ubisoft Reflections, and it will be published by Ubisoft. The game formally was unveiled at E3 2010 and is scheduled for release in North America on August 30, 2011 and in Europe on September 2, 2011 for the PC, PS3, Xbox360 and Nintendo 3DS.

InsideSimRacing.tv - E3 2011 First Look at F1 2011

InsideSimRacing.tv presents a first look at F1 2011. The Codemasters team has been working on the second version of the Formula One game. They were at E3 to let certain people give it a try and learn more about the new version of the sim. Shaun sits down and talks with Paul Jeal and Stephen hood about the game and what is different for this years version.

F1 2011 will feature all of the official teams, drivers and circuits from 2011 FIA F1 World Championship. F1 2011 debuts DRS (Drag Reduction System) and KERS also returns. Competitive online racing is extended with 16 players going head-to-head with up to 8 AI drivers added to simulate the full grid of 24 drivers.  A new Parc Ferme area, an expanded and revamped Paddock, new Pit Lane, celebration and reaction cinematics and an enhanced media interaction system fully immerse players in the glamour, pressure and excitement of being a F1 driver.

Codemasters will bring the F1 2011 to PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on September 23rd, 2011.

World Rally Championship 2 – Teaser Video

Black Bean Games has released a first teaser video of their upcoming racing game World Rally Championship 2 for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

The 2011 edition of the official WRC video game will feature all rallies of the 2011 World Rally Championship calendar with all the leading WRC team and drivers. WRC 2 will feature significantly more content than its predecessor with 90 stages, 15 different locations, 25 different terrain/weather conditions and 9 car categories ranging from vintage 1960s models to modern day monster motors, 16-player online races and a revamped Career.

World Rally Championship 2 will be released in October 2011.

InsideSimRacing.tv - E3 2011 Forza Motorsport 4

InsideSimRacing.tv presents the launching of Forza 4 from Turn 10 and Microsoft. E3 would be the setting for the worlds first look at Forza 4 due out this year. ISR team converged on the Forza Motorsport 4 booth to get a deep look at the sim. Also Darin interviews Alan Hartman the Studio Manager of Turn 10 about what is new for Forza 4. They also go to the VIP Party thrown by Turn 10 showcasing the game and hot cars to the gaming and automotive industry. At the end Darin, Shaun and Tom sit down to talk about their first thoughts of the game after plenty of driving it.

F1 2011 - Developer Diary #1

Codemasters have released the 1st developer diary video of their upcoming F1 2011 racing game. The video includes the first gameplay footage, interviews with Stephen Hood and Anthony Davidson.

Retro Expansion Released

The Swedish game development company SimBin Studios AB today announced the Retro Pack is now released as an expansion pack for the award winning PC racing game RACE 07.

Retro Expansion is now available on RaceRoom.net and on Steam for only €4.99.

The Retro expansion features 8 cool retro cars and 2 new high detailed tracks. It is designed for all fans who loves their racing cars loud and charismatic. From the unmistakable rounded curves of the Volvo Amazon, over the iconic BMW 2002 to the raw coolness factor of the ’70 Chevrolet Camaro, it is all here. The pack also contains the Poznan track which is a world premiere on any gaming platform, and the first hillclimb stage ever made by SimBin.

InsideSimRacing.tv - E3 2011 Fanatec Line Up

InsideSimRacing.tv presents their first look at the 2011 Fanatec line up of near gear at E3 2011. The products were mainly focused on XBox 360, but are said to be multi platform compatible.
Jessica Lopez hosts this show that includes an interview with a guy from Fanatec named "Mr T". She asks some great questions about the new line up and the wheel that appeared at an Audi function. She also asks about the Clubsport Shifter and Mr T leaks some information about it.
Make sure to stay tuned until the end of the interview to see an appearance from Paul Jeal of Codemasters and what he has in his hands.
On top of that Darin, Shaun and Tommy give you their opinions on the new gear that was at E3 this year.

iRacing.com has released a new trailer of their upcoming version 2.0. It will be released this August.

InsideSimRacing.tv - DiRT 3 Final Review

InsideSimRacing.tv presents presents the final review of DiRT 3. After countless stages and thousand of miles they take a deep look at DiRT 3 by Codemasters. They tested the game on the Xbox 360, the PS3 and on the PC to see if they differ. They also tested the game with a variety of different wheels to make sure they are all compatible. In addition DiRT 3 is put on the Shibami to see how its score rank against other sims.

netKar PRO - Nordschleife preview video

YouTube user MrTomasT123 has posted a preview video of the Nürburgring Nordschleife race track that will soon be released for the netKar PRO simulation.

The track was originally created by Com8 for rFactor. The conversion is making great progress as the release of the legendary circuit for netKar PRO is just a few days away.

Forza Motorsport 4 – Kinect Gameplay Video

Turn 10 Studios have released a first gameplay video of their upcoming Forza Motorsport 4 for the Xbox 360 highlighting the Kinect head-tracking feature.

Developers announced that the game will feature over 500 cars from 80 manufacturers and will be released in Fall 2011.

Codemasters has released a new trailer highlighting a Monaco race track.

Beautiful Monaco gets dirtied-up when DiRT 3 races into town. Impreza N13 drifts, jumps and spin-drys through a wild freestyle gymkhana event against a backdrop of billionaire's yachts. And when the sun goes down, the fireworks go up as a Mini Countryman Rally Edition and Ford Fiesta RS WRC 2011 take on a Head 2 Head stage featuring a stunning crossover jump in this most spectacular of locations.

DiRT 3, the racing sequel game in development at Codemasters Studios and set to launch on May 24th, 2011, on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. DiRT 3 will boast more cars, more locations, more routes and more events than any other game in the series. Players will enjoy a career as an elite professional driver, competing in off-road racing events on weather-beaten rally stages of Europe, Africa and the US and pushing car control to the limit in all-new Gymkhana inspired showpiece challenges.
