iRacing.com - Video: Slow It Down 2, V8 Supercar

YouTube user griev0r has released really nice video from iRacing.com showing the racing action with the Ford Falcon V8 in the slow-motion. Enjoy!

The Ford Falcon V8 is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive design and features a five-liter “Boss 302” SVO capable of producing 620 – 650 brake horsepower. The engine is a push rod, two valve design equipped with electronic fuel injection and electronically limited to 7,500 RPM.

V8 Supercars is a touring car racing category based in Australia. V8 Supercar events take place in all the states of Australia except Western Australia. As well as the rounds in Australia, rounds happen in New Zealand, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.V8 Supercars have drawn crowds of over 250,000 spectators. Race formats range from sprint races, with either a 100 km or 200 km race on Saturday and one 200 km race on Sunday or two; 250 km races over the weekend or endurance races such as Bathurst, which runs over a 1000 km race distance, and Phillip Island, which runs over 500 km.
