iRacing.com - Talladega 312 & Talladega 499

The next two events in the iRacing World Tour 2010 schedule will be at Talladega Superspeedway on April 23rd and 24th. The purpose of the World Tour race events are to allow iRacers the opportunity to run in simulated real-world racing events from around the global motorsports calendar.

There are some important changes iRacing has implemented based on suggestions from iRacing members.

The grid size has been moved back to 34 cars. Also, iRacing split the sessions so that oval rookie and D level license holders will race together and will have one reset/repair during the race. Oval C, B, A and Pro license holders will have zero reset/repairs during the race.

Qualifying and open practice sessions for the two Talladega events will begin on April 17 at 00:00 GMT.
